Playoff?

The ABC crew got into it a little bit about a college football playoff...

I look at it this way.. if the top college programs all had to play a minimum number of other top programs-- for one thing you wouldn't wind up with 2 or 3 undefeated teams at the end of the year.. and it would be much clearer who the rightful champion is.

The regular season should be the playoff... but it won't be as long games like Nebraska-Maine (last week) and VA Tech-Duke (this week) count in the Win-Loss records at the end of the year...

Bring back the Strength of Schedule-- make it a PRIMARY component of the BCS-- and incent schools to schedule the big intersectional opponents...
